Hello Molly is here to spoil you. We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can make a return for a refund or store credit.

We do not process exchanges.

UK/EU Return Requirements

  • Return Window: Refunds within 14 days of delivery. Store credit available up to 30 days.
  • Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unperfumed, and in original condition with tags and hygiene stickers attached.
  • Final Sale: Not eligible for return after 14 days.
  • A few extra things to know:
    • Swimwear, intimates, stockings, hair accessories, hats, earrings, personal massagers, cosmetic/beauty and Undercover Style Helpers must be returned within 14 days.
    • Footwear must be returned in its original box (no labels on the box, please).
    • Handbags must include original dust bags/packaging.

Please note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return. If your return does not adhere to the requirements it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer.

Fees & Store Credit

HELLO MOLLY offers UK returns with a return fee of £15 for refunds or £5 for store credit. This includes the prepaid return label for your convenience.

How returns work
  1. Start your return

    Enter your HMUK order number and your email address.

    Make sure items are unworn, unwashed, with all tags and hygiene stickers attached.

  2. Pack and ship

    Reuse your Hello Molly packaging if it's in good condition or any secure parcel. Attach your return label covering any previous labels.

    Take your parcel to a DPD drop-off branch. Parcel lockers are not supported.

  3. We've got it from here

    Once delivered, we'll process your return ASAP, usually within 1-3 business days.

    Store credit is added to your Hello Molly account right away. Don't have an account yet? You'll receive an email to activate it.

    Refunds may take 3-5 business days to reflect back on your original payment method.

Processing returns

Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, especially around the holidays. We apologies for any inconvenience. If you’re concerned that your return has been delivered but not processed in a timely fashion, please contact us HERE.

Faulty Items

The HELLO MOLLY team thoroughly inspects goods before they are shipped out. We stand behind the quality of our products, but if you come across a manufacturing fault, please contact us HERE.

RETURNING WITH YOUR OWN COURIER

If you are not using a Hello Molly return label! Just remember to ship your parcel using a duties paid service so it reaches us smoothly. Parcels with pending duties or customs fees won’t be accepted.
