Hello Molly is here to spoil you. We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can make a return for a refund or store credit.

We do not process exchanges.

UK/EU Return Requirements

  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the order delivery date to be eligible for a refund.
  • Store credit is available as a return option up to 30 days after the order delivery date.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any Hello Molly hangtags, attached.
  • All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
  • Handbags sold with a dust bag or other packaging must be returned with the original dust bag and packaging.
  • Swimwear can be returned as long as all hygiene stickers are intact.
  • The following must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date with all hygiene stickers intact: swimwear, intimates, stockings, hair accessories, hats, earrings, personal massagers, cosmetic/beauty products, Undercover Style Helpers.
  • Items marked Final Sale are ineligible for returns after 14 days have passed since the order delivery date.

Please note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return. If your return does not adhere to the requirements it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer.

Fees & Store Credit

HELLO MOLLY offers UK returns with a return fee of £15 for refunds or £5 for store credit. This includes the prepaid return label for your convenience.

How returns work
  1. Create a return

    Use your order number and email to create a return online- This will include a prepaid return label for your convenience.

  2. Pack and ship

    Items must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached. Ensure original label is removed or fully covered.

  3. Arrives at our warehouse

    Your tracking details will be updated when it is delivered.

  4. Store credit or refund issues

    Store credit is issued to your customer account immediately after the return is processed; refunds may take 3-5 business days to reflect back on your original payment method.

How to pack your return

Keep tags attached

  • Please ensure all tags and hygiene stickers remain attached.

Protect packaging

  • Include the original shoebox, dust bag, or packaging.

Label & Seal

  • Attach the provided return label and securely seal the parcel.
Processing returns

We aim to process returns within 1-3 business days of receiving them in our UK partner warehouse, but high volume periods, especially around the holidays, could cause delays. We apologies for any inconvenience. If you’re concerned that your return has been delivered but not processed in a timely fashion, please contact us HERE.

Faulty Items

The HELLO MOLLY team thoroughly inspects goods before they are shipped out. We stand behind the quality of our products, but if you come across a manufacturing fault, please contact us HERE.

RETURNING WITH YOUR OWN COURIER

If you are not using a Hello Molly return label! Just remember to ship your parcel using a duties paid service so it reaches us smoothly. Parcels with pending duties or customs fees won’t be accepted.
